I am a Principal Economist in the Office of the Chief Economist at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. I am also an Affiliated Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics at the University of Washington for the 2021-22 academic year.
I focus on topics in Development Economics and Industrial Organization. My research interest centers on applied analysis that combines administrative and survey data with granular data from sources such as mobile phone activity and remote sensing. I received my Ph.D. in Economics from Boston University.
